Return shipping costs are covered by ShopDeals. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Please use the provided label to return the product.
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will send you an email notification confirming the receipt of your return. Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@shopdeals.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please return the original product following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
